Customer Service & Billing Coordinator Ridderman Oil is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Coordinator for a full-time office position. This employee will be responsible for answering customer calls, entering fuel and lubricant orders, completing fuel billing and invoicing, and keeping daily office paperwork accurate and current. The position requires someone who can work efficiently, communicate professionally, and pay close attention to details.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance Enter fuel, lubricant, and other customer orders accurately Communicate orders and delivery information to drivers and other staff Complete fuel delivery billing and customer invoicing Review delivery tickets and supporting paperwork for accuracy Enter customer, pricing, product, and transaction information Maintain and organize daily paperwork and electronic records Identify missing or conflicting information before completing billing Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and account questions Assist with general office duties and other assigned tasks Protect confidential customer and company information

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional phone and customer-service skills Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Able to manage several responsibilities without losing track of deadlines Willing to ask questions when information does not appear correct Able to work independently and as part of an office team Prior billing, invoicing, order-entry, bookkeeping, or fuel-industry experience is preferred

Schedule:

Full-time Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm

Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Benefits available according to company eligibility requirements Ridderman Oil is looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows tasks through to completion, and understands that accurate order entry and billing are essential to serving our customers properly.
