We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services through a partnership based on integrity and respect for our clients, our employees and the communities in which we serve We are currently seeking a Foreclosure Coordinator in our Rochester, MI office. Ideal candidate should be detail orientated, highly organized with the capability to handle a high volume of tasks, work well under pressure, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment. Duties include but not limited to: Document Preparation Document Filing Document Recordation Document Mailing Monitoring and Responding to Client Websites. Handles Client Requests and Concerns Handling Post Sale Processes Knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, as well as Internet Explorer. Able to communicate effectively with others, and provide excellent customer service to clients. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and foreclosure experience a plus.
