Compass Group UK & IrelandWe're currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager to lead our catering operation at ASDA Falmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, ambition and a strong customer-first mindset who's ready to take ownership of a busy retail catering environment. About the RoleAs Cafe Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the catering operation, ensuring excellent service, strong financial controls and a motivated team. You'll be a visible leader on site, setting the standard and creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the daily operation of the self-service kiosk within the restarauntLeading, motivating and developing a teamKeyholding duties, including opening and closing the siteCash handling, till reconciliation and sales countingStock control and regular stock takesManaging HR-related duties such as rotas, absence and performanceDelivering excellent customer service at all timesEnsuring compliance with Compass and ASDA standardsWorking HoursSite opening hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pmOpening shifts require a 7:30am startSome managers also work Saturdays and Sundays, on a rota basisAbout YouWe're looking for someone with the right attitude and personality above all else.
