Come Join the Souper Twist Team! Souper Twist is looking for a Part-Time Manager who knows how to work hard, lead a team, and have a little fun while doing it! We're looking for someone with fast-food/quick-service experience AND previous management experience who can take charge when needed while also jumping in and working right alongside the team. This isn't a sit-in-the-office kind of management position. We need someone who can lead from the front, keep things moving during a rush, and help create a positive environment for both our employees and customers. What we're looking for: Fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience Previous management or supervisory experience A dependable, positive attitude Strong communication and people skills Someone who can lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Ability to stay organized and calm when things get busy Willingness to jump in wherever needed Great customer service skills What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting the team during your shifts Training and helping develop employees Keeping service running smoothly and efficiently Making sure customers receive great food and great service Helping with opening and closing duties Handling cash and other daily responsibilities Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment The Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We're looking for someone who wants responsibility without necessarily needing a traditional full-time management schedule.
