Assist the Client Services Team with post-production activities, including but not limited to, sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and preparing and delivering reports to clients.
Assist the Client Services Team with client specific tasks as they occur.keep Account Managers informed of any job-related concerns or opportunities that arise with their assigned clients.
Support 6S initiatives.
Follow all Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other as assigned.
Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening).Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed.
Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
Experience with direct mail and commercial print is helpful but not required.

Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services team on various commercial print and direct mail job functions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Client Services Team with various pre-production tasks, including but not limited to, job ticket entry, job revisions, proof review and signoffs, while also assisting with postal promotion submissions and archiving.Assist the Client Services Team with post-production activities, including but not limited to, sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and preparing and delivering reports to clients.
Assist the Client Services Team with client specific tasks as they occur.keep Account Managers informed of any job-related concerns or opportunities that arise with their assigned clients.
Support 6S initiatives.

Skills and Abilities Required:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to work within tight timelines and respond quickly to urgent requests.Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening).Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed.
Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma Required. Associate's degree or experience in a customer service environment strongly preferred.Experience with direct mail and commercial print is helpful but not required.
