CRM drives a company vehicle to customer locations for site visits, relationship management, and in-person customer support. The CRM serves as the customer's primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Customer-focused position combines relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and account growth. The CRM will regularly visit customer locations, communicate proactively with customers, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Key Responsibilities Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding customer service. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication. Communicate customer needs, concerns, and feedback to internal teams and coordinate effective solutions. Communicate new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit customers. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. Manage multiple priorities, stressful situations and work collaboratively with internal teams.
