Revival Chiropractic is a boutique-style practice in downtown Stillwater where every detail is designed to create an experience of peace and renewal. Dr. Monica specializes in women's health, perinatal and pediatric care. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, warm and welcoming person to step into my growing practice! This part-time role (8-10 hours/week) combines a joyful social experience with each client•helping them feel seen and loved•while helping the behind-the-scenes details run seamlessly. This is perfect for someone looking for meaningful work with room to grow!

Flexible I'm Looking For Someone Who Is:

Detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver — see what needs to be done and do it Great communicator — friendly, professional, and warm with clients of all ages Coachable and eager to learn — I'll train you on everything chiropractic-specific Tech-comfortable (or willing to learn simple tools like Canva, scheduling software, etc.) Reliable and organized — this role supports the entire practice

Core Responsibilities:

Client coordination (welcoming, check in/out, payments, scheduling, office flow, responding to client emails/voicemails, connecting with past clients, etc) Anticipating needs of clients (ex: opening the door for a new mom, playing with children while parents get adjusted, etc) Maintaining a clean and inviting space (ex: restocking office essentials, light cleaning around the office, play room reset, etc) Collaborate with Dr. Monica on practice needs, projects, and ideas to elevate the experience for clients Administrative tasks (scheduling emails, inputting client information, appointment reminders, sending client paperwork, potential creative projects, etc) Benefits & Perks Complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family Wholesale pricing on wellness products (Earthley, LMNT, BioRay, FullScript, etc) Opportunities for professional development Team outings and connection events A calm, positive work environment centered on holistic health and healing
