- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the floor
- Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to floor staff as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock department to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized floor environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Conduct performance evaluations for floor staff
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store efficiency The ability to teach projects and jobs is a big requirement and multi task and document everything is a must.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of the market trends and customer preferences in the industry
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and report generation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating inventory levels
