Catering and Client Coordinator

Aggressive Development is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Catering & Client Coordinator to support catering efforts across our 17 McAlister's Deli locations. This position is based in Cape Girardeau, MO and will help support day-to-day catering communication, organization, follow-up, and client outreach efforts across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs and priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating with people, solving small problems before they become big ones, and helping teams stay moving in the right direction. What You'll Do Responsibilities will continue evolving as the role grows, but key areas currently include:

• Following up on catering orders
• Supporting ongoing client outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Assisting with outreach to dormant or underutilized catering accounts
• Managing and updating catering/customer data
• Supporting marketing and campaign collateral coordination
• Coordinating information between ownership, stores, and support teams
• Helping organize catering-related projects and initiatives
• Assisting with identifying simple opportunities to increase catering activity and customer engagement
• Helping maintain consistency and follow-through across multiple locations What We're Looking For

• Primarily Monday-Friday business hours
• Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed based on business demands
• Position supports all 17 McAlister's Deli locations
• Hourly position with future opportunities for performance-based incentives Compensation
• Starting at $18-22/hour depending on experience

Pay:
