Due to our continued growth, we're excited to add a Service Coordinator to our St. Louis office. What You'll Do As a Service Coordinator, you'll serve as the vital connection between our customers and our internal teams. From the moment a customer reaches out, you'll ensure their experience is seamless, positive, and reflective of the high standards Renewal by Andersen is known for.

You will:

Be the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and incoming calls Proactively communicate project updates and answer customer questions with clarity and care Open and manage service requests related to installation needs Coordinate and schedule service visits in partnership with the Production Manager Maintain accurate records by documenting all customer interactions in our system Collaborate closely with the Installation team and Production Manager to keep projects on track Consistently deliver exceptional service, contributing to high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Rep.com ratings What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail A customer‑first mindset and commitment to teamwork Why You'll Love Working Here At Renewal by Andersen, we value professionalism, collaboration, and treating people right—customers and coworkers alike.
