Shower Aide Join the Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation team as a Shower Aide in Herculaneum, MO! We are seeking a qualified professional to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Facility. As a Shower Aide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer requests and complaints, and conducting inquiries to improve customer satisfaction. About the Role As a Shower Aide, you will be responsible for: Meeting and greeting all new patients to the facility, explaining and orienting them to facility services such as telephone, cable, dietary preferences, laundry, and activities. Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints, and providing information to improve customer service. Serving as a liaison between patients and other departments. Conducting inquiries on customer satisfaction and reporting information using recommended tools and forms.
