As a Shower Aide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer requests and complaints, and conducting inquiries to improve customer satisfaction. About the Role As a Shower Aide, you will be responsible for: Meeting and greeting all new patients to the facility, explaining and orienting them to facility services such as telephone, cable, dietary preferences, laundry, and activities.
