This role brings together client relationship management, project leadership, and practical problem-solving. You will help clients define what they need to improve, coordinate the people and work required to address it, and keep each engagement moving toward clear outcomes. Granite Harbor Group's work spans business consulting, strategic advisory, commercial improvement, growth strategy, performance management, and market analysis. The Client Services Manager will play a central role in turning that work into an organized, responsive experience for clients, from the first planning discussion through delivery, reporting, and follow-up. Lead the client relationship You will be a consistent point of contact for assigned clients, taking time to understand their business priorities and the people involved in each engagement. That means asking precise questions, setting clear expectations, and making sure clients know what is happening, what decisions are needed, and what comes next. You will also recognize when a client's needs change. Whether a project requires a revised timeline, additional analysis, or a different approach, you will work with the consulting team to assess the options and communicate a practical way forward. Keep consulting engagements on track Your work will include: Lead client meetings to establish objectives, scope, milestones, decision makers, and measures of success. Translate agreed objectives into project plans, assigning actions and tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies. Coordinate consultants and other colleagues contributing to an engagement, providing direction, reviewing work, and resolving issues that could delay delivery. Gather and organize business information, including client feedback, operational data, market findings, and performance measures. Review reports, presentations, and recommendations to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and understandable to the client. Provide regular progress updates, document decisions, and raise risks early with proposed solutions. Follow through after recommendations are delivered, helping clients assess implementation progress and identify where further support may be useful. Set the standard for the team This is a hands-on leadership role. You will help colleagues prioritize their work, give useful feedback, and maintain a consistent standard across client communications and deliverables. You should be comfortable taking ownership of an engagement while knowing when to bring in senior expertise or escalate a decision. Good client service here calls for sound judgment as well as strong organization. You will need to balance several priorities, handle sensitive business information professionally, and maintain productive relationships when deadlines or expectations change. What you will bring You should be able to show how you have guided others, managed competing deadlines, and brought complex work to a clear conclusion. You will be well suited to this role if you can: Build confidence with business stakeholders through clear, considered communication. Turn broad client goals into specific actions and measurable milestones. Lead meetings and present findings with clarity. Review detail carefully without losing sight of the client's wider objectives. Coach colleagues, address problems directly, and take responsibility for delivery. A particular industry background is less important than your ability to understand a client's business, lead people effectively, and follow through on commitments. Apply If you are ready to lead client relationships and consulting engagements with care, structure, and accountability, apply for the Client Services Manager position with your current resume.
