Job Description
Marine Service Manager All About Boats is looking for an experienced Marine Service Manager to join our team! If you have a strong background in the marine industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the service department Schedule and coordinate service technicians and workflow Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and timelines Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards Work closely with the sales and parts departments Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Lead and motivate the service team while maintaining a positive work environment Qualifications Previous marine industry experience required Prior service management experience is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Self-motivated and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and administrative skills Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off If you're ready to join a growing dealership and help deliver exceptional service to our customers, we'd love to hear from you!
