Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

$195.00/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide obstetric and gynecological care to high-acuity patients within a hospital setting Manage OB triage, deliveries, and unassigned gynecological emergencies Collaborate with hospital-employed CNMs and APCs to ensure optimal patient outcomes Cover call and on-call duties as scheduled, including nighttime and weekend shifts Document patient encounters accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR system Participate in emergency response and patient stabilization as needed Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care What You Need Valid Missouri Medical License or license in process Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Minimum of 13+ patient encounters daily experience in obstetrics/gynecology Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Osage Beach, MO, providing OB hospitalist services to a diverse patient population.
