Direct Care Field Supervisor Heart of Grace Home Care is seeking a dependable, flexible, and hands-on Direct Care Field Supervisor. This position is primarily a direct-care and field-based role, with supervisory duties making up only a smaller portion of the position. Applicants must have reliable transportation and dependable childcare, if applicable, and must maintain open availability. This role may include last-minute shifts, unexpected schedule changes, and extensive travel to client homes throughout the service area. Mileage is paid according to company policy. The employee must be comfortable providing a significant amount of hands-on caregiving, including care for bedbound clients and individuals who require assistance with personal care, transfers, repositioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Heart of Grace Home Care is a client-care-first agency. Client care comes before all other duties, and employees in this role must be willing to step into client homes and provide care whenever necessary to prevent interruptions in service. This position also requires the employee to assist with recruiting caregivers, helping identify potential new clients, community outreach, and supporting the growth of the agency. This is not a traditional office-based supervisor position. Candidates should expect extensive travel, frequent hands-on client care, schedule flexibility, and only limited supervisory responsibilities.

$17.50 per hour
