$62,000-$72,000/yr DOE Position Overview The Clinic Director is responsible for leading the client experience and clinical care delivery at the IV Nutrition clinic in Billings, Montana. This role works closely with the Owner, who oversees business operations such as scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions, allowing the Clinic Director to focus on client relationships, staff leadership, and high-quality care execution. This is a highly client-facing leadership role focused on driving client satisfaction, retention, and education. The Clinic Director ensures that every client receives a personalized, professional, and results-driven experience while building long-term relationships that support both client wellness and clinic growth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Relationship Management Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention, trust, and long-term engagement Provide education on IV therapies, supplements, and wellness services, helping clients make informed decisions Ensure consistency in the client journey from intake through follow-up, creating a seamless and elevated experience Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and recommend appropriate services or wellness plans Clinical Care Delivery Administer and monitor IV therapies, including initiating IV access, managing infusions, and overseeing patient care Assess client responses to treatments and ensure safety, comfort, and effectiveness Accurately document all client interactions, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with medical standards Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and support staff in delivering exceptional client care and communication Set expectations for client interaction, service quality, and professionalism Provide ongoing training in client engagement, education, and retention strategies Foster a positive, accountable, and client-centered team culture Address team challenges and performance issues constructively Client Retention & Growth Drive initiatives to improve client retention, satisfaction, and repeat visits Monitor client feedback, reviews, and overall experience; implement improvements as needed Encourage and model relationship-building and client follow-up practices Support the growth of memberships, packages, and ongoing wellness plans through education and trust-building (not pressure-based sales) Collaboration with Ownership Partner closely with the Owner to align on clinic goals, performance, and client experience initiatives Provide insight on client trends, feedback, and opportunities for service improvement Support implementation of new services or protocols from a client experience and clinical perspective Allow the Owner to focus on operational functions (scheduling, inventory, etc.) while leading the front-facing clinic environment Compliance & Standards Ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards Monitor adherence to company policies and professional guidelines QualificationsEducation & Certification Associate Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program Active, current licensure required Experience Minimum 2 years of vascular access or infusion experience Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience Strong background in client-facing roles with an emphasis on service, education, and relationship-building preferred Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Passion for client education and wellness outcomes Exceptional customer service and patient care Ability to lead by example in a high-touch, client-focused environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with strong time management and independent judgment Adaptability, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods Frequent use of hands for typing and clinical tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance Visual acuity including close, distance, color, and depth perception (with or without correction) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and hear standard conversations Work Environment & Schedule 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday Occasional weekend availability required Clinical environment with standard lighting and climate control Additional Information This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for the role and is not an exhaustive list of all duties.
