Duties Assist customers in selecting cannabis products by providing detailed product information, including effects, potency, and usage tips Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, enhancing customer engagement and sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products to maximize sales and meet individual customer needs Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales and store policies We are looking for a results-driven FT-Cannabis Consultant who is passionate about the cannabis industry.
