We produce folding cartons, top sheets and labels for corrugated, mailing, and specialty print work for customers across multiple industries. We are a 24/5 operation with 100+ employees, and we're actively building the modern operating disciplines that will carry us through our next chapter. The opportunity We are creating a new leadership-team role that combines our Customer Service and Estimating functions under a single Director. This role owns the operational disciplines that sit between Sales and Manufacturing — the Customer Service team that manages day-to-day orders and the Estimating team that translates customer requests into accurate, deliverable quotes. The role reports directly to the President, sits on the leadership team, and partners closely with the Vice President of Sales, the Sr. Director of Manufacturing, and the Director of Finance. The person in this role owns the discipline of our quote-to-cash process — estimate accuracy, order accuracy, job-flow integrity, billing performance, and the customer experience that comes from doing those things well. What you would own Quote quality and estimating discipline across every job we produce Customer service excellence across the CSR team — order entry, change management, proof and press OK coordination, follow-through The 3-day post-ship billing standard and the disciplines that support it Resumption and completion of a stalled ePS iQuote implementation Development of the Estimating Manager, Estimators, and Customer Service Representatives Cross-functional partnership with Sales on customer commitments and with Manufacturing on production realities What we're looking for Significant experience in commercial print operations, ideally leading a Customer Service, Estimating, or comparable function Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline teams; experience developing people through coaching and accountability Working knowledge of print estimating platforms (Hagen / Monarch, EFI, ePS iQuote, or comparable) Strong commercial acumen — pricing methodology, margin management, customer profitability analysis A track record of process improvement — not just running functions as found, but making them measurably better over time Ability to lead through influence and partnership, not just direct authority Bonus if you have Direct experience with ePS iQuote implementation Experience in folding carton, specialty print, or comparable packaging operations Lean or Continuous Improvement training or certification Experience in a family-owned or closely-held business context What we offer A leadership-team seat at a company with a long history and a serious commitment to its next chapter.
