Printville is a solid, proven, and reputable company with over 15 years of success and customer loyalty. We are expanding and seeking a talented Print Shop Associate to join our team. This individual must have a strong commitment to customer service excellence and to fostering growth, pride, and productivity in the company. You will work in multiple locations, primarily Hendersonville and Fletcher. What you'll be doing: Assist the Customer Service Representative (CSR) by engaging front counter customers and helping with basic printing and shipping needs. Assist the Production Manager with the shipping and fulfillment of customer products. Coordinate orders with the Production Manager to ensure they are completed on time and within specifications. Process the shipments & coordinate the delivery of completed printed material to make products available to the customer. Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records for archival reference and audit trails. Check the accuracy of processing all jobs: printing, shipping, fulfillment, and ready for pickup. Communicate on a regular basis with CSR, Operations & Production Teams regarding client concerns. What you'll need: 1-2 years of experience in the commercial and retail print industry, customer service, or related experience. Must be a team player, able to work in an open, supportive environment. Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of both Mac & Windows Operating Systems. Superior customer service ability and experience in handling clients over the phone, in person, and via email. Ability to quickly perform basic math and absorb order specifications in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and proactively in fulfilling customer needs. Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus. Positive attitude towards daily work, co-workers, and clients.
