At Cutting Edge Stoneworks, our Account Managers are the face of the company — guiding customers through one of the more significant decisions they'll make for their home or project. We do high-end stone fabrication, and we've been doing it well for a long time. If you're a confident communicator who can build trust fast and follow through consistently, we'd like to meet you. The Role The Account Manager owns the customer relationship from first conversation through project completion. You develop quotes, guide material selections, manage expectations, and are accountable for both customer confidence and revenue performance. Our Project Coordinator handles documentation and workflow — which means your focus stays on the customer and the sale. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers — walk-ins and scheduled appointments Develop accurate quotes based on plans, measurements, and customer selections Read and interpret plans; perform take-offs (or learn quickly) Guide customers through showroom and yard material selections Follow up consistently on open quotes and post-template adjustments Monitor production timelines and proactively communicate status to customers Protect margin while keeping customers confident and informed What You Bring Confidence in customer-facing conversations — you lead, you don't wait Strong math skills, including square footage and linear footage Ability to read plans or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office — required CRM experience — preferred; Stone App familiarity a significant plus Attention to detail and follow-through — both matter here This is an in-office and showroom role at our Mooresville, NC facility, with time spent assisting customers in the yard. Some outdoor exposure when showing materials.
