ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-driven individual to join the RoofVantage team as a Customer Service Representative & Lead Coordinator . You'll own the full lead pipeline from first contact to booked appointment, managing inbound leads through our CRM, scheduling inspections, and following up with pending opportunities. This role includes weekend availability to keep pace with lead volume.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeowners Own the full lead-to-appointment pipeline: track every inbound lead in CRM, ensure no lead goes cold, and report on booking/conversion rates Schedule estimates, inspections, and service appointments Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM software Confirm appointments and follow up with customers Coordinate with sales reps and project managers Handle customer concerns and help resolve issues promptly Assist with administrative tasks and office support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2+ years in a lead coordinator, scheduling coordinator, or appointment-setting role Specifically managing inbound leads, booking appointments, and tracking follow-ups through a CRM. General customer service or front-desk experience alone does not meet this requirement. Experience in roofing, home services, real estate, or another sales-driven industry strongly preferred Proven ability to convert inbound leads into booked appointments, not just answer calls Comfortable working some weekend shifts as lead volume requires Strong communication skills: phone, email, and in-person Comfortable with CRM or scheduling software (training provided) Detail-oriented with good multitasking ability Positive, team-player attitude High school diploma or GED required
