Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, adhering to safety and quality standards. Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning bar areas, and following food safety protocols. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation when needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Support opening or closing duties such as setting up or breaking down service stations, restocking supplies, and completing shift reports. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, and cashiering procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres for guests.
