Job Description

We are seeking outgoing and personable Customer Service Supervisors at our Russ's Market in Hastings. In this role you will help manage the front-end, cashiers, courtesy clerks, and customers find what they need. The Customer Service Supervisor position is perfect for someone wanting to jump-Start a career and bolster their management work experience!

Specific Requirements:

Ability to oversee and supervise all front-end operations with confidence Supervising, delegating, and directing cashiers, and other front-end staff Efficiently handle transactions while providing excellent customer service Ability to lift 50 lbs. Follow directives of the Service Manager, or Manager on Duty Follow, enforce company policies & procedures, including safety policies

Qualifications:

Previous Supervisory and/or retail experience is highly desirable. You must be at least 19 years of age to be in a Supervisory role with B&R Stores.
