We're looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences across the United States and Canada. As part of the collaborative Technical Service Coordination team, you'll be responsible for scheduling on-site service appointments, supporting Field Service Representatives, and ensuring customer information, documentation, and invoicing are handled accurately from start to finish. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule on-site service visits with customers and Field Service Representatives primarily through email, with phone communication as needed. Collect, review, and maintain customer documentation required for service appointments. Manage work orders, customer records, and service activity within Salesforce and ERP systems. Build and maintain weekly technician schedules while proactively communicating updates and changes. Process service orders, purchase orders, payments, and invoicing activities. Partner with Business Development and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Support Accounts Receivable by assisting with billing inquiries and collection-related issues. Help ensure services are accurately scheduled, documented, and completed on time. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Professional, customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, administrative support, or a related role. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
