We are seeking a highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to support our field service team and business clients.

Responsibilities:

Schedule on-site service appointments with customers via phone and email Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch service calls Enter contracts, orders, and service information into SAP and CRM systems Create and manage work orders, invoices, and customer documentation Work closely with sales and field technicians to ensure excellent customer service Assist with billing and customer account inquiries as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service, dispatching, or service coordination experience Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and managing communication through email Ability to multitask across multiple software programs and work efficiently with dual monitors Strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. #INDPortland
