Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, overtime as required and approved
Summary:
We are a fast-paced aviation company with rapid growth opportunity, and we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position will participate in a variety of customer service level projects with direct engagement with both internal and external customers. As a CSM, you will partner with production, shipping, executive management, and customers to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and an eagerness to grow, learn and become part of a winning team.
Responsibilities:
Reports out production status and forecast daily with production leadership and team to ensure customer needs are met. Collaborates with Operations and Purchasing to create, manage and track customer-focused throughput plans to drive decreased turn times and first-in-first-out (FIFO) service. Management of customer side optimal stock-level maintenance and strategic decision-making as related. Engages with leadership to prioritize critical initiatives, projects, and goals. Works collaboratively with sales team to ensure clear and effective customer communication. Handles and resolves more complex customer requests or pain points. Invoices customers timely and accurately. Supports outside sales on quotes and new opportunities. Supports shipping and receiving of material. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll bring: At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or other related field. A self-motivated, driven, go-getter who wants to help enhance our customer experience at AeroRepair. Well organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often with a deadline. IT Experience in MS Office and ERP experience (Quantum) is preferred. Effective communicator. Must be a team player. Bonus, but not required: Repair and Overhaul experience in aviation.
