Client Experience Coordinator Portsmouth, NH Area | Full-Time Leddy Group is seeking a polished, organized, and client-focused professional to join a successful consulting and professional services organization in the Portsmouth, NH area as a Client Experience Coordinator . This highly visible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting executive-level initiatives, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a key member of the client engagement team, you will play an integral role in coordinating projects, managing logistics, preparing client-facing materials, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise, outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Support Coordinate calendars, project timelines, and work plans for client engagements Prepare professional client-facing materials, including presentations, agendas, reports, and confidential documents Support engagement teams with project coordination and administrative needs Ensure exceptional client service throughout all interactions Meeting & Event Coordination Arrange on-site and off-site meetings and events Source venues, coordinate catering, manage audiovisual and technology requirements, and oversee travel arrangements Handle all logistics necessary to ensure successful client meetings and events Support company-sponsored events and special initiatives Database & Records Management Maintain Salesforce records and databases Organize and manage electronic and paper filing systems Ensure data accuracy and document confidentiality Assist with client closing and follow-up activities Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Collaborate closely with team members on special projects Protect sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of three years of executive-level or C-suite administrative support experience Proven success in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience utilizing Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe, and related business technologies Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Professional telephone and email etiquette Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems independently Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Event planning or event coordination experience is a plus What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Highly organized and detail-oriented Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Energized by collaboration and teamwork A strong communicator and active listener Intellectually curious and eager to learn Dedicated to delivering a first-class client experience Compensation & Benefits This organization offers a highly competitive compensation package, including: Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive opportunities Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions Paid holidays and vacation time Generous profit-sharing plan If you are a polished professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences, supporting executive-level initiatives, and working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
