Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping to create a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Enter call notes into the system accurately. Perform data entry tasks. Send emails, scan documents, and assist with building web portals.
Role Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Hourly Rate:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
