Customer Care Specialist Location:
Egg Harbor Township, NJ About Us Timeshare Legal is a well-established company with nearly 100 employees, over 15 years of industry experience, and annual revenues of $30
  • 35 million.
We take pride in delivering exceptional service and are now seeking to expand our Customer Care Department at our Egg Harbor Township office. Role Overview As a Document Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support while ensuring each customer's needs are addressed with professionalism and care. You will liaise between the Welcome Call Specialist and the Customer Case Manager to ensure each case has the accurate and required documentation to proceed. What You'll Do Information Sharing
  • Clearly explain company services, procedures, and required documents Relationship Building
  • Establish rapport with customers by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing reassurance throughout the initial interaction. Documentation Support
  • Guide customers in gathering all required documentation, including contracts and agreements from the Developer. Provide Developer contact information when necessary to retrieve missing documents. Customer Education & Guidance
  • Explain the next steps in the process Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the
Customer Case Manager Required Skills and Qualifications Communication & Empathy:
Strong, professional communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
Communication & Interpersonal:
Exceptional verbal and written skills for constant interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Problem-Solving:
Proactive in finding solutions.
Self-Motivation & Independence:
Ability to manage customer cases without direct supervision and thrive in a team environment
Organizational & Time Management:
