Print Production Manager/Customer Service

Local printing company in Englewood, NJ is looking for someone experienced in all aspects of digital printing. Join the largest printing franchise in the world while working for a small business with opportunities to grow. We require great detail and organizational skills. You will be doing digital printing, bindery, wide format, finishing, customer service, and packaging/shipping. Experience with Xerox, Konica Minolta or similar digital printers using Fiery Command Workstation is a must. Large format experience is a plus, but not required . 2 Years Min. Experience in

Printing Industry Responsibilities:

• Understand, set-up and operate digital printing equipment.
• Has experience and a strong understanding of the pre-press process and graphic design.

Bindery Services:

cutting paper, mounting posters, padding, and related services

Shipping & Packaging Services:

operate UPS and FedEx portals

• Handle walk-ins: Customer Payments and Invoices. Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that files are accurate to produce job.
• Present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner.

• Strong work ethic, integrity and time management skills are a must.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication & phone skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
• Must be ready and willing to learn.
