Customer Success Manager Lyzr AI Jersey City, NJ Job Details 9 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Managing customer accounts Customer communication Account development Managing clients in a customer support role Customer engagement Post-sales relationship building Account management Consultative selling Full Job Description Lyzr, in a minute Lyzr is an enterprise software company that helps large organisations put AI agents — software that handles real tasks on its own — to work in their everyday operations. Most companies' AI projects never move past the pilot stage; Lyzr provides the platform that takes them into dependable, day-to-day use. Today, 500+ enterprises build on Lyzr, more than 1,000 agents run live in production, and 85% of Lyzr projects reach production against an industry average of roughly 30%. Customers include Accenture, WTW, Hitachi, and Verifone, and the company recently raised $100M at a $500M valuation. Once an agent is live, the real work begins: making sure customers adopt it, grow with it, and succeed with it. That is this role. The role This is a player-coach role in our Customer Success function. You will own a book of enterprise accounts directly — driving adoption, spotting expansion signals, and generating CS-qualified leads — while also raising the bar for the CS team around you through coaching and better operating practices. You will work hands-on with our delivery teams and account executives so that customers see value continuously, not just at renewal time. There is no sales quota; your success is measured in adoption and customer outcomes.

• Hybrid/Remote What will make you win this role These are the core requirements — the substance of the job. Enterprise CS management experience. 5-8 years managing enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth. A serious book of business. You have managed accounts averaging $100K-$250K in annual value, with a total book in the $2.5M-$5M range. Adoption-led growth. You drive product adoption and generate CS-qualified leads without carrying a quota — expansion follows value, and you know how to make that visible. Cross-functional partnership. You work closely with delivery teams, account executives, and account managers as one unit around the customer. Enterprise AI industry background. You have worked at a company delivering AI solutions to enterprise clients and understand how these products create value. Hands-on and detail-oriented. You get into the product and the account detail yourself — with the strong communication that is the baseline for any CS role. Cherry on top Not screening criteria — but they will make your first 90 days smoother. A consultative approach. You naturally guide customers toward better decisions, not just answers. ROI-driven solutioning. You frame recommendations in terms of measurable business return. Life at Lyzr Benefits.

An extensive PTO policy, and company-paid subscriptions to leading AI tools — you work with the same tooling our customers rely on. Hybrid structure. Office days for collaboration and team problem-solving; remote days for deep, uninterrupted work. An exceptional team. You will work alongside genuinely strong engineers and operators — the kind of colleagues who raise the level of everyone around them. Autonomy and ownership. We hire people who think like founders. You are given a problem and the space to drive your own outcomes — and with them, your own growth. Everybody is a visionary. Ideas are evaluated on merit, not seniority. You lead projects, make decisions, and shape what Lyzr becomes.
