South Pole HVAC is a growing HVAC company in Lakewood, NJ, and we're looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing schedules, coordinating technicians, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
