About the job We're a small, growing managed IT company (MSP) supporting businesses locally and around the country. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the central hub for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching service technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will help drive smooth operations. What you'll be doing: Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, gathering relevant information regarding their technical issues or service requests. Document client information accurately and create detailed tickets in our system. Assess the urgency and nature of each call or request, prioritizing and dispatching them to the appropriate technical support specialist. Provide clients with updates on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff when necessary. Assist in monitoring the status and progress of ongoing support tasks and projects. Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the appropriate teams for proactive resolution. Assist with procurement and shipping of client hardware. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a customer service role required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Familiarity or desire to learn basic IT concepts and terminology. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. Nice to have (not required) MSP or multi-client experience. Experience using a ticketing system to track and document work.

Compensation:
Pay range is based on experience. Potential for a higher rate for the right candidate with MSP dispatch experience.
