Position Type:
Part-Time, Onsite Job Summary We are looking for a caring, dependable, and organized Client Care & Operations Coordinator to support our growing home care agency. The main focus of this role is client coordination and client satisfaction. You will regularly communicate with clients and families, visit clients when needed, coordinate with caregivers and our Registered Nurse, and help make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. We are open to students, interns, recent graduates, and early-career candidates. Prior home care or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We are more interested in someone who is passionate, responsible, willing to learn, and can grow into the role. Responsibilities Regularly check in with clients and families and make sure they are satisfied with the care being provided. Visit clients when needed and help resolve concerns. Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, the Registered Nurse, and the office. Help manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and coverage issues. Support new client onboarding and caregiver assignments. Review client and caregiver information in WellSky and other systems for accuracy. Follow up on documentation, compliance, payroll, and operational exceptions. Coordinate RN assessments, care-plan updates, and follow-ups. Review work completed by the remote team and follow up on missed or incomplete tasks. Prepare simple weekly operational updates. Escalate major client, caregiver, or operational issues when needed. What We Are Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Caring and professional attitude. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable speaking with seniors, families, and caregivers. Willing to learn and take responsibility. Comfortable using email, Word, Excel, Outlook, and online systems. Healthcare, home care, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required . Driving Requirement Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle. Comfortable driving locally to visit clients. Willing to meet clients and families in person. Growth Opportunity This role offers hands-on experience in home care operations, client coordination, scheduling, caregiver management, compliance, and healthcare administration. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a larger operations role as the agency expands.
