Account Manager:

Own and grow relationships with assigned client accounts Manage the full promo product lifecycle(sourcing, quoting, proofs, production) Present creative product ideas for events, gifting, onboarding kits and campaigns Coordinate with suppliers, decorators and fulfillment partners Track timelines, budgets and order details with precision Identify upsell opportunities and seasonal programs Troubleshoot issues before they become client problems What you bring: Experience in promotional products, print, marketing or agency account management Strong project management and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail Creative thinking and confidence presenting ideas Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or DistributorCentral is a plus Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
