$48,000 - $64,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Phoenix Drive Thorofare, NJ The Job You Will Perform:
Initial point of contact for Sales and Customer. Must also be able to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization including production, management, accounting, shipping, and design. Developing strong client relationships that provide significant input to production planning and service strategies. Working with operations and utilizing the scheduling system to achieve on-time deliveries Order Management functions including: estimating, communicating timelines, order entry, follow up, tracking and billing accurately. Responsible for communicating order status. High degree of accuracy across many systems. This includes order entry, purchase requisition, estimating, maintaining price adjustment files. Initiating entry of customer complaints into the customer feedback system and follow up as needed to assist in providing timely resolution to customer. Inventory management with regard to warehouse replenishment orders, analysis of min/max levels, making suggestions for adjustment due to seasonality. Communicating aging inventory and assisting in reconciliation of aged product. Vendor management and coordination of raw materials to support delivery timelines.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
Proficiency in computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. HRMS, Kiwi, & SAP a plus. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to adapt to fluctuations in business cycles and workloads due to seasonality of accounts. The ability to perform math functions including working with fractions and decimals, manipulating and recording figures to provide accurate quantities, e stimating and quotations. Effectively multi-task and prioritize time and work. 2-5 years customer service experience, preferably industry specific and account management. Bachelor's degree preferred.
