- Motivation of all partners within the region
- Key Tasks include but not limited to: PPR management- dock search, resources needed, POD's
- Understand performance metrics and the ability to communicate them to our delivery partners.
- Work on developing Partnerships with our delivery partners through phone calls and emails building the relationship.
- Review dashboards daily and communicate with Partners to ensure smooth receipt of product.
- Track and report inventory and deliveries.
- Work with the Regional Manager to develop Corrective Acton Plans for continuous improvement.
- Support, assist, and collaborate with other team members of the FragilePak team.
- Monitor orders to ensure moving to Partner timely and resolving issues that may occur during transportation
- Create action plans with Partners to improve overall performance
- Working reports and resolving issues prior to customer escalations
- Manage emails for customer requests Competencies
- Building relationships with our Customers and Partners over the phone.
- Ability to work closely with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and geographies.
- Data analytic skills.
- Ability to perform day-to-day planning and prioritization of shipments in collaboration with Customers and Partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn and adapt to a changing team-based work environment.
- Very high comfort level with phones, G-Suite, learning job-related software.
- Organizational skills, which include management of multiple priorities, working well under pressure, learning in a changing environment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to shift priorities and manage time effectively, completing a variety of work with changing deadlines accurately and on time.
- Relationship Management skills a plus Basic qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or customer service.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Must be personable over the phone (minimal e-mail correspondence)
- A passion for building and working within a successful team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with other team members
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

This position will report directly to the Director Full-time position based inHENDERSON NEVADA
