Join our team at Mast Market, a small but thriving organic food business committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We operate through our two retail stores, online platform, and wholesale distribution to other retailers. We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to join us and oversee order processing, shipping, and order-related customer service.

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, located in Armonk, NY, you will process and ship orders to our online and retail customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing:

Coordinate the flow of orders from receipt to shipment. Ensure accurate order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping. Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking. Solve order-related issues.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of products and shipping materials/supplies. Shipping and Customer Service Select shipping carriers and logistics providers. Evaluate shipping rates and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues. Requirements Reliable Able to work independently Excellent organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet Ability to identify and resolve problems
