As an AT&T Customer Associate, you'll work inside retail locations helping customers discover and enroll in AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience. No experience is required; we provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Many of our leaders started as an AT&T Customer Associate. What You'll Do as an AT&T Customer Associate Greet and assist customers in a retail environment Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services Recommend solutions based on customer needs Complete activations, upgrades, and account changes Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction Stay up to date on promotions and product offerings Achieve individual and team sales goals through customer engagement and relationship-building Participate in daily training and coaching sessions Represent AT&T professionally as an AT&T Customer Associate What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills Goal-driven and competitive mindset Comfortable working in a retail, customer-facing environment Reliable transportation to assigned location Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven setting Retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership Why Join Us?
