Job Description
LSI is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team as our go-to Back-Up Front Desk Coordinator and Customer Service support specialist. In this role, you'll split your time between two important functions: stepping in to cover front desk operations when needed, and supporting our Customer Service team with order processing, sales forecasting, and pricing administration. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, visitors, and coworkers alike — so a warm, professional presence and top-notch communication skills are a must. What You'll Do Serve as primary backup for the front desk — answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, and coordinating catering for meetings and events Accurately process customer sales orders to keep fulfillment on track Support our growing volume of inter-company orders (including PCB and machine shop orders), coordinating closely with internal teams Maintain and update the weekly sales forecast Monitor and manage the shared sales inbox, routing inquiries to the right people quickly Keep our price matrix accurate and up to date for sales and quoting Bring reliability and punctuality to a role our customers count on Work confidently within SOX/404 audit control guidelines as they apply to your tasks Handle challenges — internal or external — with professionalism and a team-first attitude What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; a related college degree is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Comfort with basic computer programs; experience with Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, or MRP software (e.g., Intuitive) a plus Prior experience in inside sales or customer service preferred
