Job Description
1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-3:30PM, Friday 6:00-2:30PM (Every other Friday Off) 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15PM-12:45AM, Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM (Every other Friday off) At Luminescent Systems, we're part of a global aerospace organization dedicated to designing and delivering cutting-edge electronic systems for commercial, business, and military aircraft. What You'll Do Bring your hands-on skills and great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Prior production experience is helpful but not required—we'll train you to succeed. Core Responsibilities Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting, panels, and complex electrical control panel systems (aircraft experience preferred) Follow blueprints and detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality, aerospace-standard production Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues alongside a collaborative team Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Wire Harness & Component Assembly Cut, strip, crimp, solder, splice, and route wires; pin/plug connectors; apply shrink tubing, lacing tape, and strain relief per IPC‑A‑610 / IPC‑A‑620 Class 3 standards Install and wire switches, circuit breakers, and harnesses onto mounting plates Perform mechanical assembly for control panels Tools & Testing Use hand crimpers, torque drivers, heat guns, and wiring boards/fixtures Safely operate DC/AC power supplies and use multimeters, test boxes, and test cables for verification and troubleshooting What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Enjoy a 9/80 schedule

Compensation:
$19.00-25.00/hour Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Work Authorization:

$19.00- $25.
