  • Customer & Field Service to join a well-established organization in Geneva, NY.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, and coordinating multiple priorities. You'll serve as a key connection between customers, field service technicians, vendors, and internal teams to help ensure service needs are handled efficiently and professionally. What You'll Do Answer and coordinate incoming service calls and customer requests. Gather information regarding service needs and document customer interactions. Schedule and coordinate field technicians based on customer needs, availability, location, and job requirements. Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and technician schedules. Communicate with customers and technicians regarding appointments, updates, changes, and follow-up. Coordinate technician travel and logistics for service calls and installations. Work with vendors and internal teams on larger service projects. Process service-related invoices, vendor invoices, and technician expense reports. Track billable expenses and assist with estimates and budgeting for service calls and installations. Follow up on open service items while managing changing priorities throughout the day. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, operations, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with an ERP, CRM, or service-management system is a plus. Experience with Microsoft NAV, SAP, or Great Plains is preferred but not required.
