Leading, premier commercial print and visual communications provider specializing in high-end, custom large-format graphics, retail displays, and architectural signage. We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Project Manager / CSR to join our elite production team.
Position Summary:
The Senior CSR / Project Manager acts as the vital bridge between our clients, sales leadership, and internal production teams. You will own the full project lifecycle—from initial order intake and job ticket creation to production tracking, vendor coordination, and final shipping. This role requires deep, hands-on knowledge of large-format print substrates, equipment, and production processes to ensure accurate specs, smooth workflows, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Intake & Job Engineering:
Receive incoming client requests, analyze specifications, and generate detailed, accurate job tickets for prepress, press, and finishing teams.
End-to-End Project Management:
Track job progress from intake through production, finishing, fulfillment, and shipping to guarantee 100% on-time delivery and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal production staff, outside vendors, and sales account managers to ensure flawless execution.
Client & Account Relations:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts through proactive updates, quick issue resolution, and clear technical communication.
Quality & Material Verification:
Utilize extensive knowledge of large-format substrates, vinyls, rigid media, inks, and finishing methods to review proofs, catch specs errors early, and troubleshoot job challenges.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with outside vendors, specialized trade partners, and freight carriers to manage external production and delivery schedules efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
Industry Experience:
Minimum 3-5+ years of Customer Service (CSR), Account Management, or Project Management experience specifically within the Large-Format / Wide-Format Printing Industry (Required).
Technical Knowledge:
Deep working knowledge of large-format printing processes (UV, Solvent, Latex, Dye-Sublimation), substrate types (rigid media, vinyl, fabric, banner), and finishing techniques (CNC routing, laminating, seam-welding, grommeting).
Project Management Skills:
Exceptional organizational ability with a track record of managing high volumes of active job tickets simultaneously in a deadline-driven setting.
Communication & Math:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal presence, and solid mathematical/measuring skills for calculating job dimensions, square footage, and yield.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with Print
MIS / ERP
systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file submission standards.
