2% commission on personally closed eligible sales, plus up to a $500 monthly clinic-performance bonus About the Position BYou Laser Clinic is seeking a confident, organized, and sales-driven Assistant Clinic Manager for our Oceanside location. This is not a traditional receptionist position. You will be responsible for managing the front-desk experience, following up with leads, scheduling consultations, converting inquiries into paying clients, rebooking existing clients, and supporting the clinic's daily operations. The ideal candidate is warm and professional but also comfortable discussing prices, recommending treatment packages, overcoming hesitation, and confidently asking for the sale. Responsibilities Respond promptly to calls, texts, online inquiries, and walk-ins Schedule consultations and treatment appointments Follow up consistently with new and existing leads Explain services, packages, pricing, promotions, and payment options Convert consultations and inquiries into paying clients Rebook clients and follow up with clients who are overdue for treatment Help reduce cancellations and no-shows Collect payments and maintain accurate client records Address routine client concerns and escalate clinical questions appropriately Coordinate with technicians to keep the daily schedule running smoothly Maintain an organized and professional front-desk environment Assist with opening, closing, and other daily clinic procedures Track leads, consultations, follow-ups, bookings, and sales results Support the clinic in achieving its monthly revenue and retention goals Take ownership of front-end clinic operations when senior management is unavailable Learning the Business This position requires more than learning the front desk. You will be expected to develop a strong working knowledge of the entire clinic business, including: Services and treatment areas Treatment packages and pricing Promotions and payment options Consultation and sales procedures Scheduling and cancellation policies Client follow-up and retention Daily clinic operations Training will be provided, but you must take initiative, retain information, ask questions, and become confident explaining our services to clients. Medical or clinical questions must always be referred to the appropriate trained or licensed provider. Qualifications Previous sales experience is strongly preferred Experience in a laser clinic, medical spa, cosmetic practice, beauty, wellness, membership sales, dental treatment coordination, luxury retail, or hospitality is a plus Confident discussing pricing and asking clients to purchase Strong communication and relationship-building skills Consistent and organized with lead follow-up Professional, dependable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn the laser-clinic business in depth Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, and payment systems Available to work some evenings and weekends Laser-clinic experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone with proven sales ability, strong follow-up habits, and the right attitude.
