Join Browns Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat Alfa Romeo as an Assistant Service Manager in our Patchogue, NY location. In this role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient workflow. You will collaborate with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive department success. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the automotive service department to ensure efficient and quality service delivery. Supervise and support service staff, including technicians and service advisors. Help coordinate service scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Support inventory management and parts ordering processes. Assist in training and development of service team members. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations. Requirements Previous experience in automotive service management a must. CDK or R/R. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
