Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to manage the operational and administrative functions of our client accounts. Responsibilities Receive all incoming client calls/emails Create & dispatch all work orders Improve customer service experience to facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Coordinate daily services with vendors/technicians, facility managers & customers, Following up with clients and projects daily and update internal systems accordingly Maintain high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences Assist the AP/AR department as needed Handle job escalations Manage all aspects of each job and are responsible for each service provided Skills Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone/email etiquette a must! Strong verbal and written communication skills Pro-active with the ability to think strategically Organized & detail oriented Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience working with & managing sub-contractors a plus

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
