This role is ideal for someone energetic, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all guests Welcome guests and help them get started with activities Take orders and process payments Maintain a clean and organized facility Learn the rules and safety procedures for activities offered at the venue Ensure all guests follow safety guidelines Create a fun and positive experience for guests Requirements 1-2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served Basic computer skills Must be available to work Saturdays Flexible schedule (10-20 hours per week)
