Job Description:
Account Representative/Sr. Customer Service Administrator/Service Administrator East Syracuse, NY, 13057
Job Duties:
Provides strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. Perform duties related to overall customer service including support as related to sales team and order manager team. Key responsibilities include running daily reports to support strategic account management, equipment ordering, other coordination to ensure smooth order lifecycle. Prepare warranty registration and morning reports.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of customer service experience or Associate's Degree with 3+ years of customer service experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of customer service experience.
