Salary Range:

00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Professional Work Environment Evenings Off Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and relaying messages. Assist with the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Maintain accurate and organized client records and databases. Process applications and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed. Offer a warm and welcoming first point of contact for all clients visiting or calling the office.
